did not receive samples

Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!

I didn't receive any free samples on my last 5 orders 😞 
Is there anything that can be done about that? I was really excited about some of the samples

I didn’t receive either of my samples either. I was really looking forward to one as it’s been on my wishlist for years 😞

I also did not receive any samples which was a bummer as I was planning on adding them to a gift.

I received my online order today and did not get either of my 2 free samples in it. 😞 My sister placed a separate order the same day as mine and her package arrived at the same time as mine but she got both her samples..... definitely bummed out because I was looking forward to them and I could've just gone and in store if I don't get samples.

I truly understand how you feel. Like I spent money to get my free samples just to only get one of my samples. I really wanted my sample of Dylan Versace so that I could try it to see if I want to purchase the bottle itself but I can't do that now since they didn't send it. I'm sure the samples may run out quick however if that's the case they could've sent me another sample of the other perfume I did choose. I can't use the other samples that they did send because I have a allergy reaction to it.

Same. Purchased things for black Friday sale. Just got my package and no samples inside. Disappointing. I would have just bought it from the store instead. What’s the point!

I also did not get both of my samples. I even ordered the exact amount to qualify for the samples. Can i still get them?

I ordered two samples also. But then I only received one sample of a product I did not select. Would it be possible to get the samples I originally wanted? 😞

I just received my package this morning and I opened to see that none of the free samples were given, usually they would give alternatives if they didn’t have any more in stock but today they just didn’t give anything. I was looking forward to those samples.

Hi @tayealexis Sorry to hear that! Please note, substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. However, you should've received a total of two samples. I'll send you a PM.
