did not receive samples

Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!

Hope you're doing well.

 

I placed 3 different orders over December '17, adding up $200+, and when I emailed Sephora about all the missing samples I only got a message saying "unfortunately we can't guarantee samples". No solution was offered.

 

Is the resolution offered via telephone different than the one offered via email?

Same thing happened to me. When I emailed customer service, I received the computer can LSS response of ‘sorry. Thank you for the feedback’ nothing Sephora will do about it

Why are all the free samples foundation and concealer samples, a dab of product. Not helpful. Makeup samples of shadow, lips but not a dab, would be better.

I'm so tired of this bs.  Granted, I'm not the biggest spender but if I don't get the samples I am hoping for,  I never will be.   I'm so tired of choosing to place my order when there are samples i would like to try,  and then I get absolutely nothing at all.

Come on Sephora!  This is one of the last things you've got going for you. You seldom offer discount pricing like other retailers.

At the store, there is no chance of getting a sample at all!

I just made an almost 900 dollar order and didn’t even receive my samples with it. Called in and was given the usual spiel with no help or samples/ solution. I know it’s just a sample or two or three for people but still - why offer it if they almost never come?
