when i try to place an order it says:
Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account.
how do i fix this? my info is correct and my card works at other places online.

This happened to me awhile ago and it turns out iI It was because there as a charge back on my account. If Sephora thinks you owe them money for some reason they lock your account and won’t let you place orders until your account is square. Not sure if that’s the case here!

I am also having this issue with my card and it didn’t work in store as well, which it was working for a while and then stopped. I’ve called Comenity bank and they were no help.
