when i try to place an order it says:
Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account.
how do i fix this? my info is correct and my card works at other places online.

Hi, I am also having the same issue. I’ve messaged the customer service chat twice and they said they were unable to help, which is extremely frustrating. However, they were able to place my orders for me both times with the same card that supposedly has an “error”. Given the amount of recent complaints about this issue from other customers and the fact that I’ve checked my card multiple times & they were able to place an order for me using the same card, I know this is a system error on Sephora’s side. Please tell me how to fix this or someone please reach out to me and help me fix this issue. Thank you.

hi i am having the same issue as well! sephora hasn't been very helpful in the past and this has been an ongoing issue for me. can someone please tell me how to resolve this??
