the chat is always unavailable, frankly i find this disturbing. i’ve been having problems with my packages and i can’t even reach out to get them fixed. this is unfair, and irresponsible, i bought these gifts for my daughters birthday and they still haven’t arrived i would like to issue a formal complaint and speak to someone immediately. thank you for your time and i hope you all are doing well. happy new year!
