Hi @Addysaddy, Points only expire if your account is inactive for 12
consecutive months or longer. If the account is inactive for that period
of time, the points will expire at the end of the calendar...

@CMonty23, I'm sorry for the trouble! The pin is required to redeem the
card online. However, you should still be able to redeem the gift card
in store. I recommend inquiring with your local Sephora store for
assistance.
