The same situation for me, 3 emails and I've posted several times on
here. I started trying this past weekend after my order that never
arrived said it was delivered, much like what's happening to tons of
others. I need answers.

Package stolen from porch
My order arrived from Sephora today only to be promptly stolen from our
front porch. So upset. Not only did it have a couple of items, but my
