FRAGRANCES MISSING FROM SHIPMENT 😔

My ABH GLOW KIT finally came yesterday. I was super excited since I caught the sale,that wasn't an issue but what was were the missing fragrance which only came with the paper nothing else.The other fragrances again I was dissapointed because it was as if someone had literally used them..so to make a long story short one was missing and the other two were used..the white Miss Dior sample bottle it's hard to tell but I held it up to the Light and it was worse then the Prada sample half empty😔DISSAPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST

I feel your pain! My Sephora Favorites prep & prime set arrived yesterday and the box (not the shipment box but the favorites box) was opened with multiple items missing. I also didn’t receive any of my samples. I was shocked and disgusted that someone had went all through the favorites box. I called cust. service and they are sending a replacement. I suggest you give them a call too. Something must be going on at the distribution center!
