Post formatting for group pages, annoying to navigate now.
Can the developers please find a way to condense replies on groups? It
makes it hard to navigate to new posts, when there are pages of sample
complaints... Thank you

Shipping
I ordered something in-store last Friday and was told it would come to
my house in two days. It is about to be Wednesday and my product still
has not shipped. When I check the status of my order it says “Pending”.
I’m really upset. Please help

Cancelled order, no shipping confirmation on new order
I've placed 34 orders in the past month and a half, I am currently a

PS I took a screen shot of item to see if it was available after I
placed my order, and it was for 20 more minutes on the website after my
order. If this order is also cancelled I will be extremely upset 😓😡

My order was cancelled however my money was deducted
Hi, My order was canceled at Sephora's end, however, the money got
deducted from my card. Could you please confirm that the financial

Hi.. I realize that promo offers cannot be substituted.. there are so
many things to choose from to try out that it’s often a tough choice so

I went inside Sephora in JCP about a week ago. The system was down. The
cashier said I could add them online as long as I have the reciept. How

Missing samples is a regular occurrence now...

Hi @lizmcgrath Yes, that was the Rouge welcome/renewal gift last year.
It is no longer available, but we do have a new Rouge gift that will be
available once you renew your status this year.
