So I just had the worst experience at my Sephora inside JCP. I went to
return a few items I had bought less then two weeks ago and didn't have

Same thing happens to me... I spend a fortune on Sephora... hope they
change or I’ll order from, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, SAKS, Ulta etc..

The same thing has happened to me with orders of 100+ $$ ... I’m so
frustrated I’ve stopped ordering for awhile! Also I am rouge as
well...Sephora needs to step it up or I’ll order from , Nordstrom, Ulta,
Bloomingdales and SAKS to name a few !

totally out of stock I would rather they state that up front than have
you pick samples and not deliver them. Unacceptable.

of the samples I asked for were in there, only stuff I didn't want. I
was looking forward to them! It was products I had wanted to try and

I am having the same problem. This is the third time I’ve placed an
order and they have cancelled all or some of my rewards items. Not only
do they cancel my items but it still says it’s available online several
days later. Very disappointing
