So frustrated.

I haven’t been getting any of the samples with my orders! The last two orders I made I havnt received any even though it shows in my order summary they were shipped out. I know they are just free samples but I make sure to reach the 25 or 35 dollar mark to make sure I get those samples then to not even get them is very frustrating. I like having them to be able to choose if I want full size because I don’t have a Sephora near me. I emailed them about it but no response!

Same thing happens to me... I spend a fortune on Sephora... hope they change or I’ll order from, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, SAKS, Ulta etc.. because they give GREAT SAMPLES! Good Luck🍀🍀🍀🍀

Contact them. I don't always contact them but when I do, when I have reached my boiling point, I contact them. And they always respond. Usually it is a canned answer. But at least they award me with something like 200 points as compensation. And I notice my samples get better in my packages again...for awhile. It's worth letting them know. Truth is, they can't improve if they don't know that the people in the warehouse aren't doing their jobs. Right?

The same thing has happened to me with orders of 100+ $$ ... I’m so frustrated I’ve stopped ordering for awhile! Also I am rouge as well...Sephora needs to step it up or I’ll order from , Nordstrom, Ulta, Bloomingdales and SAKS to name a few !

And when I do get samples I often get perfume samples despite the fact I didn’t pick them. I’ve even contacted them previously about my allergies. And the fact that it is a total waste of product as they go straight to the trash every time. I buy most of my products online. And I buy a great deal of products. I don’t ask for much as for customer service. This shouldn’t even be a discussion. They are polluting the postal service with these samples.

I have not received any samples in my last several orders. If they are totally out of stock I would rather they state that up front than have you pick samples and not deliver them. Unacceptable.

I haven't either. I was so upset the other day when I got my order. None of the samples I asked for were in there, only stuff I didn't want. I was looking forward to them! It was products I had wanted to try and possibly buy. So disappointed!

Same here! Very frustrated that they dont even acknowledge my emails to try and correct this! Plus the flash shipping has not been flash for months either!

Same here!! I spent what they ask to get the SPRITZ promotion samples of perfume and it was on my shipping slip but not in my box and neither were any of my other free samples and all they did to fix it was added extra points to my account!! Woopieeee!!! I only bought what I did to get the promotion!!!

I am having the same problem. This is the third time I’ve placed an order and they have cancelled all or some of my rewards items. Not only do they cancel my items but it still says it’s available online several days later. Very disappointing

It's been a real issue with on-line orders for the last two months-- keep emailing them, and I hope things improve soon-- we all have other options...

I hadn't been receiving mine either and contacted them via FB messenger and they credited me points so that I could choose from those items on my next purchase. Maybe try that? I love my samples too, I take them when I travel to cut down on space, so I definitely understand wanting them to actually be in the box with my orders.
