Credit card error
Hi,I tried to make a purchase with my credit card and it kept on saying

My account says i have 0 points
I remember clearly that i had over like 400 or 500 points and now it
says I have 0. It also says that I have not purchased anything from

Hi all! Sorry for the confusion! Our Beauty Insider system was briefly
down for maintenance last night. You should be able to log out and back
in to your account and view your points and status now. Thanks!

Hi everyone! Sorry for the confusion! Our Beauty Insider system was
temporarily down for maintenance last night. I recommend logging out and
back in to your account, and you should be able to see your points now.
