This is the second time in a month I have received opened and obviously used perfume.
Please address. I opened my box to two used perfumes. Opened, seals off
and one is actually half gone. They are from a discontinued line and
obviously I can’t get a replacement. I’m at a loss as to why this has
happened twice.
