Sold out for PO Boxes?

I'm trying to buy the Stacked Skin Care micro roller but when I hit place order, I receive this message:

This item [2194322 ] is currently out of stock for shipping to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico and International addresses. Please remove from basket before continuing.

It's not sold out on the website so when would I know it's restocked for PO Boxes?
