My order is still "in Progress" since 11.11.24
Hi I placed an order online on Nov 11, 2024 and is is still In Progress,
7 days later. See attached screenshot. Order# . How can this be
expedited? Can I change this to same-day delivery? I need the hair tool

Free sample glitch
Is anyone having issues adding free samples to their order? It freezes
every time I try to add them. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the
app and other things as well. #help!
