Delivered to wrong house. Missing free samples AGAIN.

I received an email from Sephora that my package has been delivered. I checked outside my door to see but couldn’t find my package. I asked my dad to check in our mailbox to see but no luck. When my dad got home, he found a package in front of our garage. It was a Sephora package but with different name and unit number. My dad and I went to the townhouse with that unit number and told them we found their package in front of our garage. They then showed me a package with my name and address on it and turns out Fleet Optics delivered my package to the wrong unit too. This is not my first time having trouble with Fleet Optics as I almost always don’t receive free samples with them. This time I didn’t receive my samples again. Online shopping is supposed to be stress free, but this is just frustrating.
