Returns
On the website , it says a confirmation email will be sent after 2-3
days of receiving the return package. It's been two weeks since my
return was received and no confirmation email or refund. Anyone else
have this issue?

Same with my order. I ordered on 6.30.2021 and didn’t receive my 2 free

Package Never Delivered
I ordered a package that says it was delivered three days ago (July 2,
2021). I have yet to see anything show up! I have looked everywhere and
do not know where it could have been delivered. Help!

Birthday Change
Hi there, I was just wondering if my birthday date could be changed from
Jan, 1, 1800 to July, 10, 2000. I was browsing through the birthday
gifts and saw I wasn’t able to purchase due to the date given when I

My orders have been cancelled repeatedly as well... saying that they
cannot confirm my payment method, HOWEVER, I have ZERO issues using this
same credit card elsewhere.....
