account hacked

I just received an email from Sephora saying that I had changed my email address. I haven't done so and I replied to the customer service email. I can no longer get in the account and I'm concerned about possible credit card changes. I just checked my credit card activity and I don't see anything yet but I had to create a second account to log in here since I'm locked out of mine now. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi,

I replied to the email notification I received about this message as well. 

My email address is . I created a second account last night so that I could log in and leave a message in the forum. I believe I had 151 points at the time although I'm not concerned about that. What I can't remember is if my credit card information was saved or not. I tend to use the store more often than shop on the website.

 

I've pasted the email I had received from customer service below.

I took your email address out of your post for security purposes! Us Mods only receive replies to private messages if they're replied to directly on Community instead of the email notification.  I hope this information helps!
