Why my Amex can no longer be added as a method of payment on the app?

As per Sephora policy on the website, you should be accepting amex as a method of payment. When placing my most recent order, I was not able to add my amex and a note followed that only visa & Master card debit cards accepted. Could you please clarify if you have changed policies or fix the app please? Thanks

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, and American Express credit cards for orders shipping to Canada. This is mentioned on our site here:
