Why is Sephora the hardest place online to shop?!

It's the middle of 2024 and the Sephora website is still the HARDEST place online to navigate. Can't even login on Chrome. Can't add products to cart in Safari. You are losing out on so much money through unplaced orders and losing customers left and right due to the frustrating user experience. This should NOT be an issue for a retailer like Sephora - people have been complaining about it for years. Hire a competent Chief Technology Officer and fix your site. PLEASE.
