Why does Sephora keep canceling my order?

I placed different orders since March but all got cancelled. At first I thought it might be my card’s problem. So today I paid with another card but it got cancelled AGAIN!! Why keep canceling??? My card works fine. Also the points I used on the cancelled order didn’t get back. I really want to know how can I purchase online without cancellation.

Same, they just keep cancelling all of mine.  I just placed two separate ones just to see if that would help, so far not cancelled but I'm waiting for it to just cancel.
