Why ask if we want samples if they don’t get packed in there?

Is anyone else over the past two years picked samples and not gotten them? I don’t shop in store and I don’t want to leave my house and Sephora reps, DO NOT tell me to go in store and your guys can make me whatever samples I want.... it completely defeats the purpose of online orders. Why am I offered samples if your packers don’t pack them whether they r the right ones or not (I would like to try something new). As customers we come to Sephora because we want to try new things and there’s the convenience factor of ordering what is sample directly from you guys.... I might as well order from the brand websites directly if I am going to inconvenienced and disappointed.... so what is will be done about is? Retraining? Does a manager need to hover over these packers that have been hired from the past two years? Did you lower the bar for new hires? Are hiring managers not doing their jobs correctly? Y is this LVMH company slacking so much?!? I wouldn’t even think it was a LVMH company anymore. Prices still the same and r increasing but customer service and return policies 👎🏻 are going downhill
