Why are there so many refunds?

I am waiting for my return to be refunded and i was told that there are so many returns that it could be longer than 30 days. Im wondering why are so many products being returned?  I am hoping that the program that shows what color foundation you are being matched to is fixed because thats why im returning 99%of my products. Its never correct. I live 50 miles away from a Sephora store so i am not able to go be matched in person

I had no idea that was the reason!! I’m still waiting on a refund as well for the return of one of my products and it has been 2 weeks.

@Smalltwnblvr Generally, returns may take 3-4 weeks to be processed from the time the item is returned back to us. If it has been past this timeframe, you are welcome to send me or any of the other mods a private message with your order number and name of the item that was sent back to us. Thanks!
