Why am I not able to enter my gift card info when making a purchase online?

I have a $25 gift card. I am trying to make a purchase online. There is no place in the checkout section that will allow me to enter my gift card information. I have also looked in my profile account, payment section, and there is nowhere for me to add the gift card information there either. I am so frustrated!

Same problem but I can't even get that far to check out! I can't even check out with a card on file. I've tried for 3 days.
