Why Sephora keeps cancelling my orders?

I have placed 7 orders, they cancelling my orders two time. And other 5 orders is still processing. What’s going on?? This is my first time order makeup in my phone. I saw lots of things about Sephora no reason cancelling orders cause they use credit card. So I try to use the gift cards to buy stuff but why you keeps cancelling my orders two times and keep my other five orders still processing. Have someone can help me please? I tried to call and they can’t help me cause they think have no reason orders cancelling. I just been VIBR this years why Sephora keeps cancelling my orders???? And I didn’t understand I can saw the history I bought in Sephora. Someone can help me??

Can someone please help me with my recent order? I have been having so many issues trying to order online, I am not sure why this issue keeps happening, and I have spoken with customer service reps on the phone, and they don't know why this keeps occurring either. Can someone help me out please, I really miss ordering online.

i, my orders got cancelled 4 times during VIBR sale. Can you tell me what the reason of cancellation? Since I don't have any issue with my credit card, and I used this shipping address and this credit card before and it went through.

Hello! Looks like I started to have the same issue with orders being cancelled. I thought it was because I used one of the “happy cards” but today I used the gift card and it was still cancelled.

I already called and they said the issue was resolved, placed the new order, fingers crossed 🙂
