Why Is Sephora Still Shipping Through Canada Post During a Strike?

I ordered Christmas gifts for my family and friends from Sephora, and the estimated delivery date is January 21st. January 21st. I’ll be out of the country by January 19th, so what am I supposed to do with these gifts when they arrive? This is completely unacceptable. What is Sephora doing about all these complaints? Because from what I see, absolutely nothing.

 

You’ve already lost so many customers (myself included) because of this nonsense. Even your customer service is not helpful at all—they provide no solutions, just excuses. People are canceling orders left and right. Why is Sephora still shipping through Canada Post even though they are on strike and delayed by months? Every other retailer I’ve ordered from has used Purolator or UPS, and I’ve had no issues. I would have been fine picking up in-store if that was an option, but it wasn’t.

 

It’s clear orders are just sitting at the warehouse waiting to be picked up, so why isn’t Sephora offering solutions? Where is the accountability? How are you fixing this for your customers? This is beyond frustrating—it’s a complete failure of customer care.
