Where's the ProActiv Advanced Dark Spot Correcting Serum?

I received a VIB email notifying me of the availability of the ProActiv Advanced Dark Spot Correcting Serum but when I clicked on the link it was a non-existent webpage. I then did a search on the brand and product name and nothing came up. Please advise.
