Where is my package???

Dear Sephora Supporting Team,

I placed an order on August 4, 2017, and the tracking says it was delivered on August 10th, but I never got my package!!?

I have placed several orders before with my current address, and it is my first time not receiving package. I checked mailbox several times per day, and still found NOTHING. The order is important to me because it is gonna be a gift to my friend. Please resolve this ASAP. Thanks!!

Just a piece of advice.  Sephora customer service staff don't necessarily follow the Beauty Talk boards so there is a high probability that they're not going to see this posting.  Call the customer service line at 1-877-SEPHORA or email them.  You're much more likely to get a response that way.

Sephora does indeed have cs mods that monitor the cs forum.

However, @Allyyyoii, you'll likely get a quicker response if you call; messages seem to pile up faster than mods can answer them.
