What should I do if my Sephora package says delivered but never arrived?

Hi everyone,

I could use some advice. I placed a Sephora order for around $400, and earlier today I got an email saying it was delivered. The courier (Fleet Optics) even uploaded a photo showing it at my front door, but when I got home, there was nothing there. I checked with neighbours, looked around the property, and asked in my neighbourhood group chat, but no luck.

I contacted Sephora support, and they confirmed it was marked as delivered with visual proof, so they said they can’t issue a refund or replacement. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I’m not sure what to do next.

Should I reach out to Fleet Optics directly? Or file a police report or something? I’m honestly not sure what the right next step is.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Just as an update for anyone reading this. I haven't gotten any help from anyone and have basically lost about $400. Extremely saddened and disappointed
