What's the pro of a VIB?

I just shopped at Sephora my first time last week, and I am already a VIB! 🙂 I look on the website every day to see what's up and coming, what's new and what else I need. I called the store that I normally frequent this afternoon to see what specials they were having; they said they have 2: Spend $25 and receive a sample concealer, or spend $40 and receive the little white and black bag. I walked in the rain (Hurricane Harvey), spent $65, and was told that nothing applies to me because I already got a sample last week (my first visit). Meanwhile the girl next to me, *not a VIB*, had 3 separate purchases of $20, and received the white and black bag AND 3 concealers...... At minimal; I feel annoyed and unappreciated.

I'm sorry you experience that, no one should have that experience. It sounds like maybe you just dealt with a inexperienced or lazy cashier. One great thing about the store is that you always are allowed samples in store, no one should deny you that. And some of the perks to becoming a VIB is that you get a 10% off of your next purchase as well as a free makeover when you receive the VIB kit containing your new silver VIP card as well as a free shipping code for online.
