What happened to my order?

Hey!

 

I made an order on November 1st, and it was supposed to be delivered today (November 5th).

I was never able to track the order because the transport company never provided a tracking number (the number is there, but when I enter it into the tracking tool, it says the order does not exist). 

 

Today my order was marked as "Returned and Paid", so I called Sephora Customer line and was informed that my order was returned by the transport company and that it would be refunded when the product goes back to the warehouse.

 

They told me to call the transport company and see where the parcel was. I call them and I was told that they don't have it. So, I called Sephora again and they told me my order is marked as to be delivered tomorrow on the 6th of November.

However, I just looked on the website and now I can't even open thee "Tracking Info" tab, as it goes straight to a 500: Internal Server Error page.

 

I am really frustrated with the absolutely mess Sephora is making. 

I waited to turn from the 31st to 1st of November so I could enjoy the early access to the sales without having to deal with out of stock products. In this order I have several products that I bought to my mother, who is visiting my from overseas, and is leaving Canada on Wednesday. Plus, now a couple of products I'd ordered are out of stock, and the delivery date is November 15.

 

Can someone help me, please?
