What happened to my emails?

The only emails I have gotten in roughly 3 months have been about my play box. I used to get emails like once every couple days and now I get nothing. Im missing out on the few Rouge perks, as I have little time to sit and review posts on the forums for GWP and I no longer get email updates. What’s going on? Sephora emails were one of the few things I looked forward to in my email box between bills and grown up responsibilities! 😭
