What happened to getting 250 points for my birthday in lieu of a gift?

I don't understand why y'all make it so complicated. Every year I choose one of your gifts and I'm disappointed. This year I decided to go for the points but I can't find a way to do that.

I used to feel like Sephora valued its customers. You used to make fragrance  samples and as a result I ended up buying tons of perfume. Now I just walk about 50 steps to Nordstrom, they make me samples and I buy my fragrances there

TBQH I feel like Sephora has gone downhill in recent years, and not being able to get those 250 points is the last straw.
