What a mistake?

I shopped online on App. Sephora. The money is deducted from my bank account but My order hasnโ€™t completed. Thereโ€™s no record for the order in purchase history . What am I supposed to do next?

What's your order status on Sephora's site? If Unsuccessful Authorization, you'll need to contact Sephora via the Customer Support group to find out why the order wasn't processed. There are several reasons that can happen, so they'll have to clarify for you.

 

Note that in your screenshot, the Sephora charge is "pending", not completed. If the order didn't go through, the pending charge will drop off your account in a few days.
