Visa Vanilla Gift Card Declined

I'm trying to pay for my order with a Vanilla Visa gift card, but I keep getting an error. There is more than enough money on the card, and I registered the same zip code to the card that I have as my billing address in checkout. I've emailed customer service and went on the site to chat with them but nothing worked. What should I do?
