Is anyone else having a problem at check out? I don’t see the discount applied to my final total? What do I do?

I'm so sorry for the issues you're experiencing placing your order! Please note, the code, SAVESPRING, must be applied at checkout. (No code is needed for Sephora Collection items.) Additionally, as @SportyGirly125 mentioned, the discount will not apply towards any excluded items/brands! @MissDivabk Only Rouge members can shop the sale starting today and make sure you don't have any excluded products in your cart.  If you have excluded items you have to check those out separately.  VIB starts on 4/5 followed by Insiders on 4/7
