Very confused by what a Beauty offer says and what I received

I chose the FOURFAVES offer on my last order. I read it as I would get 4 samples of the foundation of my choice from those in the offer. I got one sample.  Did I read this wrong or was it packed wrong?   Thanks Screen Shot 2019-09-27 at 1.01.46 PM.png
