VIB reward benefits

Recently I upgraded to VIB status and they said one of the benefits is monthly gifts, but I haven’t gotten any emails about this yet. How do I claim these gifts when I have been upgraded for about 2 months ?

The monthly gift refers to VIB/Rouge-only promo codes that are sent out via email. They are usually for a small gift set GWP with buy-in amounts around $35-45. Make sure you're signed up to receive emails on your account so you'll get those emails when they are sent.

Same, was VIB all last year and never knew of any gift
