VIB Rouge & Reduced Benefits

Spoiler
I am a VIB Rouge customer and have been for quite some time now. It seems more often then not, when I've ordered samples with my online order I either get one (which I didn't pick) or don't get anything. I find the program has really lost a lot of its benefits from years past and the consistency of service has dropped. I'm struggling to see the value of the program these days. Anyone else?

Re: VIB Rouge & Reduced Benefits

Yes. This has happened to me in the past few years. I still love Sephora but I really miss the complimentary beauty makeovers. It was nice after spending $1000s of dollars on Beauty and skin care products, To be treated to something that was free. Made a lot of us feel really good to stop in and have our makeup or eyelashes done by one of their MUAs. I was always would either tip them or if couldn’t, then 100% more inclined to spend money on beauty products afterwards. I know beauty so much in recent years, and some for the better but still… even if it’s just a complementary birthday one or once a month would nice man. #bringtheVIBROUGEcomplimentarymakeoverback

Yes, I’ve been a Rouge for years but this year I’ve hardly purchased from Sephora since Ulta has better perks.

Hi @theseeyes and @Marceb83,

I'm so sorry about this! I'll send you a message shortly.

Best regards,

Re: VIB Rouge & Reduced Benefits

Loyalty program is getting worse and worse every time I have an issue with sephora. They change policy’s and don’t notify. I’m a VIB and was denied my bday gift because I was a couple weeks late. I used to be able to get it the next time I was in store. There were times I even picked up in the summer. They continue to make it more difficult. Their customer service agents are even worse. It’s not even worth shopping with them any more. They are more overpriced and continuously make customers loose out on benefits.
