Unsuccessful authorization

Hi,

 

I placed an order Jan 5th. As I had not yet received a shipping notification I logged in today to find out that the status of my order is "Unsuccessful authorization". Why is this, and why am I not getting informed?

 

The shipping address is the same as for my last order, so I really don't understand what the problem is. The payment also went through fine.

 

Please help me solve this.
