Unsuccessful authorization

I placed an order yesterday, everything went smooth and easy...website said order placed successfully and I got the confirmation email. Today I checked on my Sephora app because I was excited to try on those makeups I wondered when will it be shipped. The order says”unsuccessful authorization “ and everything was canceled. I didn’t receive any email regarding canceling my order. I was so disappointed. I have checked with my bank and this order has definitely went through but has a”checkcard reversal” today. I don’t know what’s going on, can anyone help??

So, here is the update- the pm says I’d better to call them to get further assisted so I called- the customer service member named Samual told me he didn’t know what happened to my account he would just put a note for me. I’m like ??? Also, he told me the best way to solve the problem is to go to a Sephora store to buy my stuff... good job Sephora, I’m not going to your store. Not this time, not in the future.
