Unsuccessful Authorization

I have tried 3 times in the last 3 weeks to get the rouge $100 credit!!! Each time, the points are withdrawn and I get an email saying it is be authorized and that I will receive an activation email shortly. Every time it has canceled my order due to Unsuccessful Authorization, and the reward is no longer available. This is very frustrating! I even added a new form of payment because I thought maybe my other CC was not working.

@Tammynguyenn This happened to me too! We’re they ever able to help you resolve the issue? I’m still waiting for them to review my account. I haven’t been able to order anything or redeem rewards for months now!

I recently was able to get the rouge credit on Tuesday! (9/15). It was very frustrating how long it took me to be able to get the reward, but I think it is a system error. I had to try over 6x, over a span of 3 weeks :/. The help desk was never really able to help me. I tried calling them as well, but they were never able to immediately solve the problem. Maybe just keep trying, good luck!!
