Unsuccessful Authorization for more than TEN TIMES!

Since Dec 3, 2019, I cannot place any order online. Sephora cancelled my orders again and again more than ten times. I called and emailed Sephora more than EIGHT times, they always told me you account was clear, we have solved your issue or you can place an order now! I tied and failed again and again.

Someone who worked in Sephora said the reason was Sephora set a flag on my account because I have an asian last name and shop too much like a reseller. That's very ridiculous and I am very mad. I have been a rouge number for years, every year I spend about $1000 - $2000. I AM NOT a reseller.

1. I am not a reseller. I only buy cosmetics for myself and my mom, so I only have two shipping addresses keeping on file. I moved three times in last 5 years. I can show you the leases if you don't believe in me. My mom never moved, she's alway the same address and same name. Sometime I visited my mom and shopped with her, so the store I visited are those either close to my home address or my mom's address.

2. There's no mismatch / error with my credit cards/billing addresses/shipping addresses. I used exactly the same address and same credit card on file and the orders were processed successfully before Dec 3, 2019. I also tried with other credit card, even one of my husband's credit card, still orders were cancelled by Sephora. My bank said all the transactions were approved by them and already in pending status and Sephora cancelled the transaction, not the bank.

3. My last shipped order was on August 29. On Nov 26, I placed an order and soon I changed my mind and called to cancel this order. This is the first time in years that I cancelled my order. And there's only one item which is $26. I called quickly after I placed the order, so I don't think they shipped or even processed the order yet. Thus, there should be no lost for Sephora at ALL. The representative was not happy. I guess I made him mad and he placed a flag to cancel all my orders in the future. I have this conclusion because nothing (credit card, addresses) changed when I place my order on Dec 3 excepted I talked with that representative by phone to cancel that order.

Can anyone confirm my guess or solve this issue?
