Unsuccessful Authorization Order

PLEASE HELP! I have called you 6 times for previous orders. Nothing seems to work. Called my Visa. Tried other Visa's.  Still doesn't work.  I spend a lot of money with Sephora and this is getting ridiculous.

Laurie -- is there a way I can create a new account and then transfer my points over?  I think, given everything and the months of back-and-forth with customer support I've gone through, I think it would be best.

 

Please let me know what the next steps would be.

Do you know why this has been going on?  It's been months of this back and forth. This is the third time hearing that you're sending it off and to expect an email in 1-4 business days.

 

I've missed out on a lot of really good products lately -- hoping to get it rectified.  Is there a way I can create a new account and have the points transferred over??

I should mention that I am getting tired of calling. This has been going on for months now.
