Hi,
I have tried to place an order for the 4th time now, but it always says "unsuccessful authorization". I checked with the bank and credit card company and they told me there is no issue with my card so it must be a faulty system.
I know that the shipping address is different from the billing address, since I live outside of the US. Hasn't been a problem before, though.
Can someone please help me?
I have the same problem, my billing address is different from my delivery address and I can not place an order for almost two months.
I've been dealing with this same thing for a month now. The chat agents keep telling me I have to call but I'm not able to make phone calls at the moment. Sephora really needs to fix up

I am a Rouge member for couple years now. It all started from last year when I tried to buy a gift for my friend who has a different shipping address. Ever since then, my online orders are always "unsuccessful authorization".This is really annoying as it is the sales season and a lot things are online exclusive.
Same issue happened to me as well couple months back. I've been calling and calling and they have no answer for me except that Sephora does "periodic reviews" on RANDOM accounts (I guess basically everyone that is rouge). Same issue of having different shipping address because I like to ship stuff to work. I just tried ordering again after 4 months of not ordering anything from their site and honestly I never knew Sephora customer service was this poor.
Hi there, I have this same problem as well. I have called customer service many times only to be redirected and told to check my bank/PayPal. I have and they said there are no issues and I have to contact Sephora again. This is super inconvenient. Please help?

So It's a business decision that that customer can only shop in store?
I just spent an hour on the phone with Customer Rep only to get nasty replies and attitude (claiming I gave him two email addresses and kept insisting I did when I gave him only one and he missed the first part of it - Baba Sam, folks, he has quite the personality...)
I also did the same thing - purchased gifts for a friend in another state and I am a resident of two states (due to my work, I constantly travel back and forth and will send things to these two addresses). All of a sudden, I am unable to make purchases online and when I went in the store, they told me to call and when I called Customer Rep, I was told I should go in store.
In the end, the 'supervisor' informed me my account was locked due to a business decision so I am now unable to shop online and my status has been rendered useless because I can now only shop in store; all because it is a 'business decision' and he can't do anything.
I did not expect this type of customer service from Sephora. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had the same problem, Made multiple purchases and keep getting cancelled without an email from Sephora. After numerous attempt, I've decided to call the customer rep to find what is going on with my account. They told me that I cannot ship two different address or use a credit card that was opened by my partner and I. The attitude and replies I got from the customer rep was so ridiculous and I don't believe Sephora want me back as a royal customer anymore.
The customer rep told me that the solution team will reach out to me and but still have got an answer yet.
Too bad for them, I am taking my purchase elsewhere.
