Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hi,

I have tried to place an order for the 4th time now, but it always says "unsuccessful authorization". I checked with the bank and credit card company and they told me there is no issue with my card so it must be a faulty system.

I know that the shipping address is different from the billing address, since I live outside of the US. Hasn't been a problem before, though.

 

Can someone please help me?

Hello, I have tried to make a purchase twice through paypal and once directly with my card but I always get "unsuccessful authorization", what can I do to solve it

I'm having the same issue.

I ordered on 05/09 and logged into my account just to see if I had tracking information or any news. I'm seeing "unsuccessful authorization." I have already spoken with my bank and there's no issue with my credit card. I hope someone can help me ..

Have the same issue.

I placed the order on 12/14 and it showed Unsuccessful Authorization in the app. So I placed the second order on 12/17 and now it shows the same thing. It never happens to me before. I haven’t changed my acc info for a long time and it always worked well before. 
NEED HELP!!!

I'm having the same issue. I ordered on Saturday and logged into my account just now to see if I had tracking information. Instead I'm seeing "unsuccessful authorization." I have already spoken with my bank and there's no issue with my credit card. This is so frustrating. Not even an email from Sephora saying there was an issue with the order!

I had this issue as well - received a confirmation for my order (placed on 12/6) but went to check the status just now and it says "unsuccessful authorization"...and now one of the items I ordered is out of stock. Why wouldn't Sephora send an email or something if there was an issue? There are no issues with my debit card - it has been working just fine with other online and regular retailers the past week, and I've had Sephora delivered to my home address in the past without issues. This is extremely frustrating and poor customer service, especially around the holidays. Very unhappy right now.

I placed order from india at the sephora usa website

i wrote shipping address of seattle

but the order is showing status of unsuccessful authorization 

and payment is already done. 
how and when will i get my refund back
