Unsuccessful Authorization Help?

Hello everyone, 

 

I have been trying to place an order with Sephora and I keep getting an email about 5 minutes after saying that the authorization was unsuccessful. I used Klarna and I don't believe the issue is on their end. I changed cards with Klarna even though I have other purchases that are going through with the same card and also just using Klarna. The order has been declined 4 times now and based on reading in these forums and on Reddit, it seems like there may be some kind of block on my account. Is there any way to fix this? I am Rouge and have been for many years and now I'm worried I can't use this account anymore or that I'll have to start a new one if it's just been blocked.
