Unbelievable poor customer service

I placed an order last Friday April 12th also ordered same day subscription, was told I’d get my items by today Tuesday the 16th, I called customer service which I had to google the number because the terrible app and website makes it impossible to find any way to contact anyone and the woman says I’ll receive my items next Wednesday the 24th so I say cancel everything, I hang up and then get an email saying thank you, they just received my order.  For this trash I am just sticking to Ulta.  Sephora has become useless in every way.  No one works there apparently and I bet the staff are working from home not doing anything either, add to that can’t even get appointments for anything in store and if you do get makeup done it looks like a 12 year old did it.  I now absolutely hate this company.  So not waste your time at all.
