Unavailable chat

I have not been able to have access to customer service through the chat option, it says chat unavailable, and I cannot find the icon there always is on the right top corner of the app. Why is this so?

There’s no option for me to open the chat. It’s not even there

@Adrinaaa, on the app, click your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen, then scroll down to Customer Service.

This is happening to me too! Not sure why. I need to speak to someone about a broken item I received, but I can’t 😞
