Unable to view the items in my basket nor Sign In to my Account

Hi,

 

I have been placing many items into my basket online, and when I click view basket in order to start the checkout process, all of the items clear out of the basket; it shows that my basket is empty. When I try logging into my account, it loads and then never signs me in. I even did "forget my password" and changed my password so I know for sure it is the correct password and nothing is working.

 

Please help! Thank you

I'm sorry to hear this! If you're using the web browser or mobile browser, can you please clear your cookies and cache? You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device. If you're using the app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the issue persists afterwards, please let us know. Thank you!
